The Genius Factor - The Science of Achievement

Is there a ‘genius factor’ - a factor that can be learned and put into practice to create genius results in business? Absolutely. Let’s explore it, and demonstrate how you can begin to tap into your own genius factor and witness it working for your business almost overnight.

All great achievers—individually, in family, business, industry and society—have one thing in common. They ‘daydream.’ It is during these periods of ‘daydreaming’ that their greatest, most inspiring and most powerful ideas come to mind.

Then, they simply follow the push or direction of those ideas, whether for a new product or service, the designing and construction of a magnificent building, bridge, roadway or railway, an advertisement or brochure, or simply a change in personal or family activities and purpose.

Society calls these high achievers geniuses. What is little known is that this ‘Genius Factor’ is within each and every individual on earth. Each human being is born with it. You have it. It is as inherently a part of your being as is skin, blood and bones.

What does this mean?

You already possess the means of limitless fulfilment and joyous activity and creativity in every area of life, including business—achievement, money, success, recognition, ideas, innovation, vitality. You inherently possess the greatest secret of your individual success and fulfilment.

You don’t need to ‘find’ it anywhere or ‘learn’ it from another. It’s already within you.

You already are an incredible human being in the unique way that only you can be. You can be anything you truly desire to be because the desires and preferences you feel are the true, deep YOU pushing to be expressed. You are already that business person you dream of being, but this genius ‘you’ is locked up within, unable to escape as long as you continue to look for solutions and fulfilment from outside of yourself - i.e. attempting to ‘create’ success, financial abundance, and trying to ‘get’ ideas rather than letting this genius flow out freely and naturally from the depths of your mind.

Your only need is to recognize this, start to ‘listen’ to your mind (which is ‘broadcasting’ to you 24 hours a day), and in that way release the genius that you really are.

The moment you do, you discover your success, wealth, ideas and achievement as a business owner - and it is limitless.

Yet, because society and education fails to recognise this single most important aspect of human life, we are witnessing today greater degrees of low self-esteem, unhappiness, stress, ill health, disease, failing relationships, poverty, lack, limitation, failure, and disharmony than at any time in history.

This is why it is critical you recognise your Genius Factor

Every person alive—you included!—has the ‘Genius Factor,’ the ‘Happiness Factor,’ the ‘Success Factor,’ and the ‘Wealth Factor.’ It’s inherent in the human mind. The only difference between you and a so-called genius is first, your awareness of the inherent genius and power that you have in mind, and second, your ability to tap into it and have it flow into your conscious awareness on a regular, daily basis.

Release Your Inner Genius

What I call ‘Natural Achievement Ability’ is simply the knowledge and practice of tapping into the Genius Factor within your mind.

It’s a tested, proven method of releasing the extraordinary ‘you’ that you are.

Once you learn how to do this—with three to six sessions per day—you will discover the golden key to success, happiness, wealth and fulfilment in business (and interestingly, in personal life, family life, and social life).

l No more do you have to struggle to be who and what you desire to be.

l Self-limiting beliefs dissolve almost by ‘magic.’

l Procrastination turns into natural motivation, enthusiasm and drive.

l Achievement of career or business becomes as natural to you as your favourite pastime, sport or hobby.

l Ideas flow into your mind like a genius.

l Money and financial affluence flow into your experience naturally, easily and without the visualising effort it has been thought is necessary.

NOTE: Visualisation is no more necessary to you experiencing unbounded harmony, joy, wealth, success and companionship than it is to the fruit tree experiencing an abundance of summer fruit. You will quickly discover this is true when you begin practicing the Genius Method I’ll explain here.

l Personal preferences and desires —the key to happiness and fulfilment in life, work, business and wealth —become your natural way of doing and experiencing life, and your infallible guide and secret to outstanding, natural and satisfying success in everything you do.

Understanding Your Limiting Beliefs:

Put simply, you and I are ‘products’ of the beliefs our parents and their immediate environment entertained as ‘real’, our social conditioning, and experiences particularly as a child and young adult, plus our education.

For instance, if your parents believed that you would ‘catch your death of cold’ if you ran about in the garden in winter with bare feet, then the likelihood is that the infant you would absorb that belief and suffer the results of it—you would likely catch cold every time you ran bare foot outside in the winter.

Yet, the family living right next door to you with a belief that there is no reason at all why you should catch a cold by running bare foot outside in the winter, would likely not catch colds. They would laugh at the mere suggestion.

Both families are experiencing what they believe is fact: family one catches colds easily when they are out in the cold; family two hardly ever catches colds even in the midst of the severest of winters.

If catching colds in the cold, or in drafts, were a law of being every person—with no exception—would catch colds when it’s cold or draughty. Obviously, they do not. Some do; others—in the very same town or street—do not. Therefore, ‘catching colds when it is cold or draughty’ is not a law of being; it is a product of belief.

What importance does this realisation have for you in
work, business, relationships, life?

When you watch your repeated difficulties and struggles you discover that they are born of your beliefs, social conditioning, education and experiences.

For instance, if you always struggle to make money—to always have more money than you need every day, week and month —then you believe that money is difficult to make.

It is not ‘your’ belief, but a belief that has been absorbed by you through the handed-down beliefs of your parents, their parents, their parents, and so on, right back into the history of your family. Also of your conditioning in society and education.

On the other hand, if you have always made plenty of money easily, it is because you believe that it is easy to make money. Some people do make money easily (most do not), but either way—easy to make or difficult to make—it is a product of belief about how easy or not money is to make.

If you are always having ‘staff problems’ then somewhere in your consciousness is a belief that people are difficult, that they are not hard working or loyal or trustworthy—or whatever particular facet of difficulty you tend to repeatedly experience. That belief will express itself in your relationships with staff, and will result in a continuous round of difficult circumstances and clashes with employees.

The Difference Between Belief And Law Of Being

Gravity is a law of being, therefore every person is subject to the same affect: being pulled to the ground. Whether you are a person, a pebble or a grain of sand, the law of gravity acts upon you by the same degree. Whether you are god or bad, black, white, yellow, pink, whether you are seen as very important or hardly important at all, gravity pulls on you just the same.

Go one mile up into the sky, and the person, the pebble and the grain of sand all fall at the same velocity and land on the ground at the same instant. Gravity is a law of being—a law of the universe—and cannot be manipulated, persuaded, or ignored.
‘Making money easily’ is not a law of being, nor is ‘finding it difficult to make money’ a law of being.

Why?

One individual finds it easy to make plenty of money, the next individual finds it difficult. That is not a ‘law’ or ‘truth’ of being. It is the product of belief and therefore capricious.

‘Achieving in business’ is not a law of being, nor is ‘failing’ in business’ a law of being. Why? One individual achieves an outstanding success in a particular category of business, the next individual—in the same category of business—fails. That is not a ‘law’ or ‘truth’ of being. It is the product of belief and therefore capricious.

I could provide you with dozens of examples, but let it suffice that you, at least, begin to grasp that—until now—your business and personal life experience has largely been a product of what you believe to be true about business and life. And further realise that if there were an absolute truth (law of being) to any belief you or I hold in consciousness, then every person would experience the same effect, either good or bad, pleasant or unpleasant, plentiful or lacking.

Do you see this?

‘IN A NUTSHELL’—FACT #1:

What we individually believe to be true expresses itself, or manifests, in our tangible experience. But there is no ‘truth’—Law of Being—to your beliefs or mine. They are just beliefs, therefore capricious, therefore changeable. As you change what you truly believe, your outer, tangible experience changes as a reflex action—a reflection—of your new belief.

The Values We Are Taught, And Adopt:

One of the greatest sabotaging values we learn as a human race is an infatuation with money.

Money is wonderful. Having plenty of money provides freedom of expression, freedom of creativity, freedom of joy in many ways, and fulfilment of purpose. But an infatuation for money is an infatuation for the wrong thing. An infatuation for supply—rather than money, which is the effect or result of supply—is the secret to experiencing all the money and wealth you can ever want or need, in limitless abundance.

“Money, if only we had more of it!” That is what we are taught as children. We are continually hearing ‘money doesn’t grow on trees’—‘we can’t afford it’—‘we’ll have to save our pennies’—‘I would love to buy this for you but we’ll have to see if there is enough money left after we’ve paid all the bills this month’—‘We’ll never have enough money to buy a house like that, so stop dreaming!’—on and on goes the programming.

Couples and families argue over not having enough money. Marriages break up, anger erupts, frustration and a sense of worthlessness ensues.

We grow up with the belief that money is scarce, hard to make, lucky to have. It’s become a god. We become infatuated with money like teenage lovers become infatuated with a mate. Then we devote most of our adult life working for money, applying for jobs that offer a little more than we currently make, wishing we could get more, and queuing for a one in fourteen million chance of winning a pile of it.
Our values are set on ‘getting, gaining, winning’. We are taught to believe that the more we get, the happier we will be, the more successful we will be, the more powerful we will be, and the more revered we will be.

Our Values Are Inverted

Ironically, an infatuation for money makes money almost impossible to have. Money has a tendency to run fast in the opposite direction when it is the subject of infatuation.

Let me make something clear: If infatuation for money worked to make money easy to acquire, I would be the first to declare its efficacy and reveal its method.

I discovered the hard way that it does not work. For years, all I wanted was to be rich. But ironically, the more I wanted money the more it avoided me—despite a gargantuan degree of hard work, time, investment and intellectual effort put into my early businesses. I ended up in the ditch with my knees and ego badly bruised.

Our Value Should Be To Give, Not Get

When you adopt a giving approach to life and business, instead of a getting approach, magical things start to happen in your life and business. You discover that the more you give, the more life flows back to you as tangible good, tangible opportunity, and tangible thing.

Customers start flowing easily. Money starts flowing easily. Opportunity starts flowing easily. Achievement starts to flow without effort and without as many hurdles. Fulfilment of purpose becomes natural, easy and enjoyable.

Here’s The Secret Of Money:

Money is the effect of supply, and supply—in limitless flow—is already and always present within you: it is mind in action.

When you let your mind flow from within you—as idea, innovation, design, creativity, intention, objective, or purpose—you are releasing supply.

That supply becomes money as customers or clients are drawn to you wanting to benefit by the value and result you are making available.

Even on a non-mystical or philosophical level—a purely ‘practical’ level—you can see that when you have a good idea for a particular product or service, an idea that will benefit me in some way or another, and you make that idea available to me, and I am wanting in that particular niche, then I am likely to buy from you.

When your idea provides me with some kind of value and result—either tangible or intangible—then buying from you is an attractive urge, and I am likely to act on that urge.

Your idea—mind in action—could be anything from manufacturing or selling sweets to space rockets, providing car repair services or dental treatment, or a new entertainment or buying experience—it doesn’t matter. What matters is that you understand, even at the most fundamental, ‘practical’ level, that:

“Ideas (mind in action) are the coin of mind,
that become the coin of currency”

In a nutshell, the more ideas you have, and make available for people or organisations to benefit from, the more money you make.

Ideas activated (put into action) are the ‘magic formula’ for limitless wealth.
The more creatively you think—the more you allow your mind to flow into conscious awareness as ideas (there is a key to achieving this, explained later)—and the more you make your ideas available to purchase—the more customers, and therefore money, you attract.

Do you see the difference? Now you are ‘infatuated’ not with money, but with benefiting people through your flow of ideas.

That is the secret of having wealth flow easily, bountifully and continuously to you.
Focus on the ideas that flow from the depths of your own mind, ideas that will benefit people or organisations in one way or another, make them available either yourself or through another organisation, and success, wealth and fulfilment is inevitable.

‘IN A NUTSHELL’—FACT #2:

Invert your values from ‘getting-as-much-as-possible’ to ‘giving-as-much-as-possible’ and your experience will quickly become one of limitless opportunity, fruitful activity, wealth, and fulfilment of purpose.

Traditional Education—My Bugbear!

Goethe said, “The first step in learning is to unlearn everything you’ve learned.” I believe this is one of the greatest wisdoms ever voiced regarding education.

I also now realise why—despite your greatest and most sincere efforts to learn marketing, moneymaking and success—you have seen little or no fruitage.

Why? True education is the drawing forth of the ‘you’ that you are, rather than the plastering on of generic subjects with which you have no affinity.

True education recognises that you—the individual—is the key to your successful, enjoyable and resultful learning. This process of ‘drawing forth’ should begin from year dot of our family and formal education. Unfortunately it doesn’t. The results are catastrophic.

I cannot plaster knowledge onto you like a cosmetic, and expect you to gain results, success and happiness from that knowledge. I can only draw out of you your individual and particular passions, interests, and skills, and help you hone and develop what you already are, and want to be—which is entirely different to that which your neighbour is, and wants to be, even if you are both in the same type of business or practice.

The Latin origin of the word ‘educate’ is educare—to ‘lead out’ or ‘draw forth’. If you desire to own a business, to be successful in it, and to be financially wealthy, and you wish to learn how to achieve this, you must first and foremost discover who you are and look to draw forth the ‘you’ that you are, in and as your enterprise.

You must discover what your passion is, and what you enjoy doing as business activity, trust it, and draw it forth from within you, out into your business ideas and activities.

Your struggle and often failure in business and wealth is the result of ‘wrong’ education, inverted values, and an infatuation with money and ‘getting’.

Any education you have received that has failed to draw forth the ‘you’ that you individually are has played a part in your difficulty to succeed in business, and your difficulty in becoming wealthy.

Any value that has taught you success and attainment is about ‘getting’ and not ‘giving’ has played a part in your difficulty to succeed in business and become wealthy.

Any infatuation with money—either an infatuation caused by lack or by abundance—has played a part in your difficulty to succeed in business and become wealthy.

Much Education Is Misled

I believe that contemporary education is largely responsible for mass misery and frustration we see in the work place and family unit today. Whoever devised a standard curriculum for millions of students, plus now the governments that perpetuate it, fails to understand the true purpose and value of education. That failure has and is resulting in widespread frustration, unhappiness and lack of purpose and fulfilment for millions of employees and entrepreneurs.

A survey result I heard of not long ago revealed that 83 percent of working people continue in their job only because they need the pay cheque at the end of each month. If they received a cash windfall sufficient to support their lifestyle, they would hand in their notice overnight.

Is it any wonder we often experience such awful service, unacceptably low quality, and lack of caring from many companies?

Is it surprising that the general workforce is unexcited, unmotivated and non-committed?

Are you bewildered as you watch the majority of the workforce pack up and leave their offices, shops and factories the minute they can escape, to gleefully head home where they find some enjoyment and fulfilment in social, sport, or hobby activities?
Are you really at a loss to understand why millions suffer from stress, heart attack, high blood pressure, anger and impatience?

You shouldn’t be.

Millions like you and me have been, and are being, pumped through schooling that has little to do with ‘drawing forth’ their individuality, their passions, their inherent interests, fascinations and skills. My two children are experiencing this at the moment, and I am uncomfortable with much of it.

That generic education—which in my opinion is unintentionally yet principally misguided, and therefore largely worthless in terms of drawing out from an individual their special talent and desire—sits on top of beliefs and values ingrained from infancy and early childhood that, cumulatively, result in mass feeling of limitation, lack of direction, malfunctioning of purpose, failure of achievement and attainment, lack of prosperity, unhappiness, and dissatisfaction in tens of thousands of people.

I am not surprised—are you?—that we today suffer higher than ever recorded incidents of stress, high blood pressure, heart attack and other serious disease. How can our bodies be healthy when we (our minds) are unhappy? In fact, it is now more widely recognised that ill health and disease is brought on by unhappiness, frustration, lack of purpose, and lack of fulfilment in the individual’s life.

This is one of the saddest things I see in people—including business people. You are an incredible being, limitless in mind, fascinating in individuality, extraordinary in expression, boundless in purpose and ability.

Yet—by degree—you feel limited, bound, incapable, and unsure as a result of beliefs, values and education by parents and educators who have never been given the opportunity to understand the incredible ‘you’ that you are, and the incredible individual that each person is.

What is the purpose of life if we are not experiencing joy, purpose and fulfilment almost each and every day? What is life about if not an exciting adventure of purpose, fun, love and creativity? What is business about if not an avenue for the giving of oneself—individual passions, ideas and skills—brought out as values, joys and results for others to experience through product, service or entertainment?

What Does This Have To Do With You And Your Success In Business?

The only way you will be truly successful, fulfilled and wealthy in business is to be entrepreneurially active with a product, service or treatment you are passionate about.

The only way you will achieve and attain true fulfilment of being—in all facets and activities of your being—is to be ‘you’ in every way, shape and form, and to continually draw forth more and more of the ‘you’ that you are and want to be.

The only way you will experience natural and effortless achievement is to be in a business that expresses ‘you’; doing things ‘your’ way; doing things that you enjoy doing, have a passion for, and have a yearning to make available to others because you know the benefit they will experience.

When your purpose is passion-led, with giving rather than getting as your value, your experiencing success, wealth and fulfilment is axiomatic.

What about learning marketing and business skills? Will you benefit and gain greater success results by learning skills of communication, negotiation, marketing, business-building, staff hiring, managing, leading? Of course! But only when your ‘learning’ is a drawing forth of what you individually enjoy being involved in, and wish to develop.

Here’s An Example I Gave Business Owners At a Recent Seminar:

If you hate the idea of calling customers by telephone, and trying to muster up a meaningful conversation at a distance, all the telemarketing skills in the world you force yourself to ‘learn’ will not do you one bit of good.

A year later—or ten years later—you will still despise telephoning customers or prospective customers, and will be a miserable ‘failure’ at doing so. Why? You are attempting to ‘learn’ (plaster on) a skill that is not you.

Save your time and money. It has never worked, and never will.

On the other hand, if you enjoy telephoning, and can see that this activity will be efficient and meaningful in optimizing the way in which you reach customers and discuss with them the benefits and results of what you have available as a product or service, then learning proven, effective telephone skills will be a joy for you. You’ll become naturally good at it, and its activity will be a success for you.

This Is Why Only 1-2% Of Seminar Attendees,
Including Business Owners, Ever Apply And Benefit
From What They Learn

I do not believe that I can teach you one thing. You shouldn’t believe that you can teach me one thing.

However, if I look to draw forth from you your individual interests, fascinations, passions, joys and desires to be, to create, to achieve, then and only then am I a value to you as an educator.

This reveals why—no matter how much business or marketing strategy and technique you ‘learn’—no matter how much effort, time and money you invest in trying to make your business a success—and no matter how deeply even I were to counsel, advise and help you—you will not benefit unless what we are doing is drawing forth your true passions and desires.

This is why entrepreneurs attend business and personal development training programmes until the mass of information they have had pumped in is so great they almost burst, yet only 1 or 2 percent actually apply and benefit from it all.

This is why you have, by degree, not been able to realise your dreams of success and wealth despite putting in extraordinary effort for years, even decades.
It is about to change for you, rapidly and for good.

‘IN A NUTSHELL’—FACT #3:

Education largely fails to be effective when it is a ‘pumping-in’ of generic information or skill.

You learn effectively—meaning you enjoy the subject you are learning, feel an affinity with it, have a passion for it, and have a purpose in mind (a reason why you are learning)—only when what you are learning is a drawing-forth of the you that you are—your true, individual, passion-led seeking of knowledge and ability.

Fruitful, natural results from true learning put into action are inevitable.

The world calls these results ‘genius.’ But they become natural for you when you allow the real you to flow out into expression as everything you do, and everything you want to be, or become.

Natural Achievement Ability (NAA) enables you to discover who you really are, and arms you to the simple yet powerful and fast techniques that change your life and circumstances by extraordinary degrees, and permanently.

See the Genius Factor Method for practice details.
