Paul’s Early Experience

What is the difference between one business that starts, grows and quickly prospers - and sustains substantial growth, prosperity and recognition into the years ahead - and others that never really take off, never truly become the worthwhile enterprise the founder originally envisioned, despite a concerted effort being put into that business?

How does one company - with minimal cash resources, an average location, and only enough staff, working their tails off, to just about manage the workload — bring about more rapidly growth and more profitable activity than others?

What is it the owners of these few enterprises (it’s not more than one in every thousand) know that others do not know?

Before I share the answers to these questions - and I will, specifically, tangibly, and with only bottom line results for your business in mind - right here on LeaveThemInTheDust.com - let me first own up to something: I am not some highly educated, naturally brilliant, all-action, so-called “guru” who never takes a wrong step.

I have been lucky enough to discover what works - and what doesn’t. I have advised and counselled hundreds of businesses one-to-one, and thousands who have attended my various private training programmes over twenty seven years of marketing activity.

In the early years, I made a lot of mistakes with my own businesses. I quickly discovered how bad I was at business, marketing, writing, selling, logistics, staff and moneymaking when I started out. Put differently, I was just plain awful at the game of business!

I can talk to you today about how to make your business a success, how to market powerfully, and how to make a great deal of money personally because I’ve made more mistakes, and lost more money than you’ll probably - hopefully - ever have the opportunity to lose, and I turned those mistakes around by discovering why they were mistakes, and how to transform them into predictable success.

Plus I’ve learnt from individuals far brighter than me - the real fathers of business and marketing innovation.

But it wasn’t all easy. The worst period, and real turning point, came in the early 1990’s. My third business was crumbling at the seams, my relationship was falling apart, and I was penniless. I couldn’t even pay my share of our apartment rent. The relationship ended and I moved out into a cramped basement apartment that consisted of a kitchen, bedroom and makeshift shower. It was small, shabby and depressing. It was a horrible few months (the full story is related by Paul on his Business Power! CD programme, Editor).

To cut to the chase, a point came during those months when I knew I had to change my life. I had to find the solution. I had to find out what it was that makes a business successful. Either that, or I would give up business and be content with having failed to reach my life’s ambition of being a successful business owner and a success financially, where I didn’t have to struggle week by week only to survive. It’s a horrible situation to find oneself in.

Maybe you’ve been there, maybe you’re there now, and you know what I mean.

What gives me the right to be talking to you today about succeeding in business?

Well, I did discover the answers. It’s interesting that it often takes the worst, humiliating experience to lift awareness and mind set, and thereby drive a person to success. Quickly after that experience - and my discovery of the science of success and wealth - I began earning more each year than most people make in a whole life of hard work.

But it was because of my mistakes that I learnt what works, and what doesn’t work, and that is what now makes it possible for me to help you avoid making those same, very costly mistakes, and share with you the specific marketing strategies I gleaned from the greatest business minds who ever lived, and fine-tuned for today’s market. They have made, and still do, millions upon millions of pounds and dollars for hundreds of different businesses and professions.

Even tiny and medium enterprises quickly become million pound and multi-million pound organisations by applying the same strategies you are free to learn and profit from throughout LeaveThemInTheDust.com

My question all those years ago (and ceaselessly) - and I hope it’s your question now - is, “What is it that highly successful business owners know, and do, that other entrepreneurs, directors and professionals do not know, and do not do?"

What I discovered amazed me and changed my business and personal life forever, and then soon changed the businesses and lives of many thousands of entrepreneurs around the globe.

Business Is Science, Not Caprice

There is a science to business achievement and wealth.

There are 100% reliable, scientific philosophies, methods, principles and techniques anyone can apply to their business or professional practise, to create rapid sales, to generate cash-windfalls, to engineer powerful competitive advantage, to become a leader in their market, to win streams of customers, to ethically persuade prospects why your product or service is superior, and why they should buy it, and to create compelling reasons for people to buy now rather than later.

You can make it so irresistibly desirous to buy from you, rather than your competitors, that you dominate your particular market, and how it responds to you. You can achieve this, not in an unscrupulous, manipulative way, but ethically with your customers’ best interests at heart.

When you operate your entire business with your customers’ best interests at heart, you own those people for life.
